Same-Day Garage Door Repairs

1. Who provides the finance

Split payment options are provided by Klarna and Clearpay, who are independent third-party payment providers. Tom's Garage Doors is not a lender and does not provide credit. When you choose to split your payment, your payment agreement is made directly between you and Klarna or Clearpay — not with us.

2. Credit checks and approval

All eligibility and credit checks are carried out by Klarna or Clearpay, not by Tom's Garage Doors. Whether you are approved to split your payment depends entirely on their assessment and findings. We have no involvement in, or influence over, their decision, and we do not see the details of any checks they carry out. If a provider declines your application, you will need to pay for the work using another payment method.

3. Eligibility

To use Klarna or Clearpay you must generally be at least 18 years old, be a UK resident, and have a valid debit or credit card. Each provider has its own eligibility criteria, which may change at any time.

4. Payment schedules

The number of instalments, the amounts, and the payment dates are set by the provider you choose and will be clearly shown to you before you confirm your payment. Any example figures we show (such as a £150 repair split into payments of £50) are for illustration only — your actual schedule will be confirmed by Klarna or Clearpay at the point of payment.

5. Interest and late fees

Payments are interest-free when made on time. If you miss or make a late payment, the provider may charge late fees in line with their own terms, and it could affect your ability to use their services in future or be reported in line with their policies. Please make sure the payment plan is affordable for you before committing.

6. Questions and complaints about finance
